Delivery and Returns Policy

Nationwide Delivery  
We provide free delivery for all orders above N300,000 within Nigeria. 

All orders placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on that day and will arrive between 1-4 working days except for pre-orders.  

All orders placed after 2 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day and will arrive between 1-4 working days.  

Please make sure someone is available to sign your order if not, the partner delivery company will have to keep the package so you can rearrange delivery. They will leave a card or give you a call with an attempted delivery.  

International Delivery  
Delivery of all international orders takes 3 to 14 working days after your order has been dispatched.  

The cost of international delivery depends on the destination and will be verified before order confirmation.  

O’Eclat Designs will not be responsible for delays caused by the shipping company and custom clearance.  

Returns and Refunds  
We always ensure our products are made with key attention to details but in case of any fault, simply email us at info@oeclat.com with a picture of the faulty goods within 48 hours of receipt of goods to advise whether you would like to make a return or exchange. In the case of faulty goods, we will exchange them or give you a full refund if they are returned within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is returned new and unused and its original tags still attached.  

Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and properly checked. Exchange items are subject to product availability.  

Please note that we only exchange or refund faulty goods and the cost of returning the product is your responsibility and your chosen return method must include online tracking.  
We do not assume responsibility for faulty or damaged goods returned after the 14-day return period has passed.  

Goods returned after this date may not be refunded and if refunded, only at our sole discretion, we reserve the right to deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund.
