We use ethically sourced, premium-quality leather, handwoven Aso oke, Adire, Batik, and high-quality bag hardware. Our commitment to sustainability means we repurpose and upcycle fabric where possible, ensuring minimal waste.

For single custom orders, production takes approximately 2–4 weeks depending on the design complexity. For bulk orders, timelines vary based on quantity but typically range from 4–8 weeks. We prioritise quality craftsmanship, so we ensure each piece is meticulously finished before delivery.

6. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Custom orders, however, are final sale and cannot be returned. For repairs, we offer aftercare services to help extend the lifespan of your bag.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. International customers can track their shipment through our courier partners’ websites.

10. Can I visit your studio or showroom?

Yes, but by appointment only. We welcome customers, stockists, and partners to visit our Lagos studio to explore our collections, discuss custom orders, or learn more about our craftsmanship.

Absolutely! We provide contract manufacturing and private-label services for designers and brands looking to produce handbags under their name. Our team collaborates on design, material selection, and production to bring unique visions to life.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via bank transfers, credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and PayPal (for international orders). For wholesale or bulk orders, a 70% deposit is required before production begins, with the balance due before shipment.
