In the case of faulty goods, we will exchange them or give you a full refund if they are returned within 14 days of receipt for international customers and 7days for Nigeria customers.
Simply email us at email@example.com with picture of the faulty goods within 48 hours of receipt of goods to advise that you would like to make a return or exchange. Please note that we only exchange or refund faulty goods and exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received as dispatched and this is subject to product availability.
We do not refund shipping costs and we advise international return shipments be made through reliable courier companies to avoid goods missing in transit.
We do not assume responsibility for faulty or damaged goods returned after the 14-day return period has passed.
Goods returned after this date may not be refunded and if refunded, only at our sole discretion, we reserve the right
to deduct up to 10% of the original selling price from the refund.
